Do not use any medication that appears damaged, cloudy, leaked, or overheated. Contact your prescribing clinician right away to report the issue, including clear photos and a brief description. If your clinician determines a replacement is needed, our pharmacy partner will ship a new vial once they receive the updated prescription.
