What is the process for getting started?

You can start by completing our secure online medical intake form.

Here’s how the process works:

1. Complete the medical intake form – Provide your health history, current medications, and goals.
   
   

2. Connect with your doctor – We’ll connect you with a licensed clinician asynchronously, usually within minutes. Together, you create a personalized treatment plan that determines your medical eligibility for GLP-1 therapy and supports your long-term success.
   
   

3. Receive your medication –If your doctor prescribes a GLP-1, a partner pharmacy will ship your prescription directly to you, usually within 2–4 business days.
   
   

4. Ongoing follow-up – For each subsequent follow-up visit, you will complete a follow-up medical intake form so your clinician has up-to-date information.

Visits may be asynchronous (secure online messaging with your clinician instead of live video) unless your doctor determines a Telehealth visit is needed.
